Max Payne cheats for Gameboy advance
Unlock extra difficulty settings
When you successfully complete the game in any difficulty mode you will unlock two new difficulty settings, dead on arrival and new york minute.
Unlimited Weapons and Ammo
Complete the game to unlock all weapons, unlimited ammo and supercop.
Extra Pain Killers
To get unlimited pain killers collect some in the level you are on, then go to the menu and press quit. At the main menu press continue game. When you continue the level you will have the pain killers you collected already, you can now recollect the pain killers on that level.
Fire additional shots
Under normal conditions the M79 will only fire one shot at a time. This cheat will fire two shots from any weapon when it’s completed but it is obviously most useful for the M79. Quickly switch between two weapons, for example the M79 and the dual ingram since it is quick to switch to. Then switch back to the M79 and fire straight away. If done correctly it will now fire two shots.
Throw multiple grenades or moltov cocktails at a time
The above cheat works here as well, quickly switch between weapons then immediately throw a grenade or moltov. The second way of throwing multiple grenades is to throw one in bullet time, if you have more than one grenade you will continue throwing them until the throwing motion is done.
