Max Payne cheats for Xbox
Cheat Mode
Go to the main menu, hold L, R, click the Left Analog-stick, click the Right Analog-stick, and quickly press White, Black twice, White twice and Black. A cheat menu will now appear with the options, All Weapons and Refill. Refill will restore your painkillers, ammo and bullet time. Use the “refills” option during the game for unlimited health, ammunition and bullet time. Press black during the game and the cheat menu will come up. Select the cheat you want and press black to resume your game.
Note that other cheats in the menu will need to be unlocked during game play.
God Mode
In the main menu, press A five times followed by X twice.
All weapons
After you have completed Chapter one go to the main menu and press A, R, L, R, up, B, C, Y, R, R, up, A, A.
When you have completed the game on any of the difficulty levels options will appear in the main menu for all weapons, unlimited ammunition and unlimited painkillers.

Health
To get unlimited pain killers press start during the game, the press white twice, black twice, A, B, X, Y three times and then right. If you have done this correctly Max will say “oh yeah!” and there will be 100+ beside your health bar.
Extra difficulty mode
When you beat the game on fugitive mode you will unlock the “Dead On Arrival” and “New York Minute” difficulty settings. When you successfully beat the game on “New York Minute” you will unlock an extra level. Completing the game on “Dead On Arrival”without using cheats you will unlock the last challenge bonus level.
Skip Levels
Go to the main menu then holding L down, press black four times, X six times, Y three times and the press back. Go back to the game and a sound will signal that the chapter is completed.
